Bail, management and insurance
- en location longue durée meublée, on prend 2 mois de loyer hors charges
- en location longue durée non-meublée, on prend 1 mois de loyer hors charges
- en location de moyenne durée, on prend 25% d’un mois de loyer
- en location de courte durée, on prend 25% du montant du séjour
- en location de longue durée, nous signons un bail meublé, ou non, d’une durée respective de 1 à 3 ans, tacitement reconductible.
- en location de moyenne durée, nous signons un bail mobilité (minimum 1 mois, maximum 10 mois) ou un bail résidence secondaire
- en location de courte durée, nous signons un bail de location saisonnière

Cependant, leur système de notation des hôtes est très efficace et permet de louer un appartement uniquement à des locataires ayant reçus des notes parfaites. Leur système de messagerie permet également d’échanger en amont sur les raisons du voyage ainsi que sur le profil des clients. C’est très utile.

S’il annule un mois avant la date d’entrée dans les lieux, il n’y a pas de pénalité.
En revanche, s’il annule à moins de 1 mois du début de la location alors nous gardons le montant de l’acompte et vous le reversons, déduction faites de nos honoraires.
