The virtual tour makes it easier and faster to pick the right apartment
Because we know that you would like to find the ideal apartment for your stay in Paris but are running out of time, we make our best to simplify every steps of the rental process.
Few years ago, we set up the electronic signature of documents such as rental lease or invoices. From this time, there is no more waste of time printing or scanning any documents.
In 2 clicks, the booking is done and the 1st payment can then be made by credit card or wire transfer.
However, picking the right apartment for your stay remained tricky
To help out our guests to find the apartment that will fit the best their needs, we had to allow them to have a perfect knowledge of it, knowing every detail online. Our clients often know in which neighborhood they want to live, what size of apartment they are looking for and what budget they want to allow to this booking.
However, it was still difficult for them to get the apartment’s vibes or its layout.
On request, Host In Paris is offering in-person tour but not only all guests don’t have a trusted friend to do the tour but also it was usually bothering the guest that was currently renting the apartment.

So, this is why we launched a virtual tour of our apartments. From wherever you are in the world, you will be able to get a virtual rental walk through, giving you the opportunity to :
- Better compare different apartments,
- Have a 3D view of the apartment, viewing every part of the property such as storage space, closets, bathroom, kitchen, etc.
- Have a view on the outside

What about the 2 last steps ?
Once you made your choice and sent us the digital request for booking, Diane or Véronique contact you by email, answering any questions you may have.
If you decide to confirm the booking, there will be only 2 remaining steps :
- sign the digital document
- pay the first payment (25% of the 1st month’s rental)
The down payment will be due at check in. Diane or Véronique will be your contact person during the entire rental process and during your stay in Paris. Our 7 / 7 conciergerie will be at your disposal for answering all your questions.
